All items EM Tuning sell are sourced and tested thoroughly and if we are not happy with the product or think it may cause damage to a customer’s vehicle it will not be sold onto you. You are modifying your car at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your car nor can we be held responsible for any incorrect fitting of the products we supply and sell. If a case arises and we feel that it is a direct result of an item we have sold to you then we will work with you to come to a resolution on the matter.

To claim on the warranty you will need to get in touch with us and we can proceed with a claim. A warranty claim will require YOU to return the faulty item first, along with your full return details. Once the ‘faulty’ item has been tested we can send out a new part. The warranty will start from the original date of purchase and there is no extension with this. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the item arrives, we cannot be held accountable if the item is lost in the post. If any additional postage is incurred we will contact you for the payment so please make sure this is correct before sending your package. Not doing so will prolong us receiving the items.
Once a replacement part is ready to be sent this will be posted 2nd class signed for, if you need the item sent 1st class or next day you will be required to pay the difference.
If an LED bulb you have purchased is partially working then we will cover this under warranty but before doing so you will need to remove it, cut the LED in half and take a picture of this for us, then return it to us for a replacement part.

If you order an incorrect item you will be responsible for covering the return postage cost for this item and also the replacement. Postage price options will be given. If EM tuning incorrectly send you the wrong item we will cover postage both ways.
If you receive an item that is damaged or not working we will send a replacement to you. If you do not require a replacement and want a refund you will need to send the item back to us within 7 days. We will cover the shipping if the item is faulty on arrival.
If you request a refund because you have changed your mind then you will be required to cover the postage costs.
